Working as a Pricing.

To provide sea freight, Pre-carriage, on-carriage for S/C & O/T & surcharge to customer.

To provide OOG/ Break Bulk Cargo sea freight to customer.

To Insure Space / Container booking with carriers/Co-load for Export/Import & Regular follow up with them & update to customer accordingly.

To ensure that all Import BLs should be manifested with US customs 24 hr prior loading in AMS.

Contacting Port of Loading Agents in case of any hold/mismatch put by US Customs on any BL and explaining them the reason for hold and instructs them not to load cargo.

Sending Cargo Manifest/Wharfage Reports to various terminals in US and Canada.

Following up with POL Agents for the departure date and time after the vessel sails from port and submitting the information US custom.

Reconciling all vessels after it departs from last Port of Load.

Coordinating with US Customs to get any hold removed.

Do (RCA) Reconciliation of all the US custom rejection and send information to port of loading for correction.

Tonnage (Port Activity - United States)

Creating invoices of US port as per terminal report and manifest and Wharfage reports on which payment of port authority will release.

Interaction with port Authority for Wharfage reports terminal report and manifest.

Cross check reports come from terminal with our system to validate no error.
