Design, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inspection, Testing, Packing, Safe Delivery to site, Supervision Erection / Construction & Commissioning of LHS and GHS FGD system at Jawaharpur Power Plant for 2 x 660 MW.

Responsibilities:

1)Monitoring, Submission of Progress Reports & highlighting major achievements of planned activities & Area of concern to Management & Client.

2)Getting Approval of Project Management Documents & Billing Schedules from Client.

3)Preparing Project Schedules (MSP), Functional Schedules and Billing schedules

4)Preparing & submitting monthly status report to the Client.

5)Interfacing & Coordination with engineering disciplines so as to ensure that Designing/GA drawing is done as per the standards, Specification and Customer requirements. To understand the Customers comments and get the compliance in line with the comments. Drawing and BOQ released to the shop for fabrication well in time with all required information.

6)Coordination with various engineering disciplines to ensure complete compliance to specification before order is being placed.

7)Purchase requisition for BOI items and raw material to Purchase team, with the required information for smooth procurement, follow up with the sub vendors for timely delivery of ordered material, processing the payments of vendors.

8)Planning for manufacturing and resolving the queries in the fabrication drawing, day to day discussion with production team for shortage of material. Scheduling for manufacturing activity.

9)To keep track of the project & achieve pre decided monthly milestone.

10)Also responsible for documentation as per contract requirements to support bill claims to client.

11)Review of Vendor Progress reports & Monitoring Vendor Schedules.

12)Ensure inspection and quality documents (MQP ) are as per the contracts and standards, providing necessary input to quality departments

13)Providing dispatch clearance and instruction for dispatch of right material and ensuring correct dispatch documents

14)Ensuring the bill submission to client as per approved billing schedule,follow with clients for payment.

15)Expediting Things To Meet The Planned Scheduled

16)Follow-Up with clients, vendors, other internal departments like D&D, Purchase, Production, Quality Control, Dispatch, stores and Procurement.

17)Making Monthly Despatch plans.

18)Coordinating with site Manager /Engineer smooth execution of site activities.

19)Raising enquiry for Site contracts, Bought out Items & Raw material, Preparing Comparative for the Offers.
