Successfully designed/coordinated via Jira the completion of 15+ full features to production and use by clients. Features include (but not limited to):

Coordinated QA, Development, and Implementation One-Thousand+ Project Tickets

Successfully coordinated completion of over one-thousand project tickets submitted via Jira workflow (both internal and client-submitted) for our in-house developed HRIS system project. Twenty-Four Successful Kronos Workforce Ready Service Conversions/Implementations

Successfully coordinated the conversion of twenty-four new and current client-businesses either switching from competitor, or newly adopting, timekeeping systems. Company configuration-setup including (but not limited to) custom timesheets, custom report formatting, time-off tracking, scheduling. Employee demographic data-gathering and implementation. Full client-contact timekeeping systems training via webinar and in-person sessions.

Fifteen Large-Scale Company Tax Recons and Adjustments ($7,000+ extra revenue)

Successfully monitored and identified errors in past employee taxation. Researched causes and provided functional solutions for past discrepancies. Communicated with appropriate agencies to repair past discrepancies via phone conversation and refiling via proper forms (ie: DE9C, 941X, etc.)

Twenty Large Client-Company Affordable Care Act Implementations

Successfully coordinated the implementation of twenty current client-businesses to record and report data relevant to their responsibilities in the Affordable Care Act. Company configuration-setup including mass employee update of benefits-status and reporting of year-to-date benefits information. Information relevant for the filing of 1094 and 1095 documents.

Payroll Tax Filing Reconciliation

Successful administration of Tax Filing and Amendment Filing processes for over forty states agencies and hundreds of localities. I have specialized mostly in the resolution of prior quarter Delinquent Filing Notices and Notices of Debit from Federal, State, and Local agency company employee tax withholding responsibilities.
