Deal with complaints from customers and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Organise all stores operations and allocate responsibilities to personnels, Sign off on all stores duty schedules,off days, annual leaves,maternity leaves and sick leaves.

Engage in Social Media Marketing (Facebook,twitter, Instagram) and Back to back(B2B) Sales and field marketing to generate more leads
