CT scan procedures were performed on Siemens Definition 64 slice Dual Source scanner installed in 2009.

Tawam Hospital-in affiliation with John Hopkins Medicine, CT Scan Department

CT scanning on Siemens SomatomPlus4,a third generation,single slice spiral CT scanner, which had been replaced since beginning of 2007 by GE Lightspeed 64 slice scanner utilized mainly for cardiac CT, ward patients and CT angiography. Examinations on outpatient routine scanning as well as Trauma CT and other ER cases, on-call emergency CT Scans, dental scans and CT guided biopsies. These examinations are done on ourSiemens Sensation 16 multi-slicescanner located in the Emergency department. Currently working on Cerner hospital information system(HIS)operational since April 2008 and PACS since August 2008.

General radiography, fluoroscopy, portable radiography and mammography. These duties were last carried out in 2003.
