The project entitled as “BANK CUSTOMER BEHAVIORAL ANALYSIS USING DATA MINING TECHNIQUES” is developed Using Weka tool. The purpose of my thesis is to evaluate and analyze the issues that influence the customer intention towards online banking. A survey of customers using either online banking or not using was used for data collection. In my thesis, classification and clustering algorithms are applied for the real time dataset which are collected through survey process. In the weka tool, Random Forest, Naivebayes and j48 classification algorithms are implemented and their veracity has been assessed as well as simple k-means, Farthestfirst, EM clustering algorithms have been performed. A comparative study has been made among these algorithms.
