SENIOR DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS AND HUMAN RESOURCES

Served as the Senior Director of Operations and Human Resources for the $10MM annual sales legal software company featuring two core subscription-based products—eDockets and Forms WorkFlow.

Delivered oversight of HR, Facilities Management, Office Administration and Customer Support; developed and implemented organizational strategies and polices for the refinement of best practices in each area of functional management and all supporting departments.
