Managed 7,400 purchase orders per week spread over 12 multi-million dollar contracts at six major subcontractors. Negotiated a net lead-time reduction of 50% with 11 suppliers. Effectively negotiated a 65% cost savings on initial tool rework proposals, and negotiated additional savings exceeding $100K on supplier expedite claims. Managed the phase out of the MD-11/80/90 fuselage offload programs. Program Manager and subject matter expert for supplier contract terminations and assignment/novations, assigned to assist the Boeing 717-200 Program, Long Beach Division/Parker Hannifin Corporation Transition Team.
