OBJECTIVE
Currently a student at the university of Manitoba with more than 2 years customer service representative experience, driven to provide customer satisfaction, as well as meeting the company’s’ goal each month. My aim is to secure a part-time job in a good company, located in Canada, that would help me exhibit and develop my skills even more.

RELEVANT SKILLS
Creative problem solver: solving problems is a talent I discovered while studying at the university of Manitoba. Enrolling in courses that forced me to think outside the box was a valuable tool in making me realize this talent. However, in those courses I took, I did excellent in them. I also exhibited these skills when working at skipthedishes.
Communication skills: Several times, I have engaged in activities were I needed to interact well to my audience, including creating presentations for part of my assessments in school work. My good communication skills worked well for me and I performed good when final results for the presentations were released. I also exhibited these skills when working at skipthedishes.
Time management skills: going to school, having a part-time job, working on my fitness goal helped me realize this little skill of mine. I usually work on one task at a time with my full focus. Another situation were this skill was expressed, was managing a large number of calls in a timely manner at Skipthedishes.
Networking skills: networking skill was discovered in the university of Manitoba. Working together in groups and assigning task to each individual was a very good way I developed this skill.
Computer proficiency: the use of computers is like a daily routine for me, this helps me work at a faster rate in both work and school. I also exhibited these skills when working at skipthedishes. In addition, I am good at working with all MS office tools including word, PowerPoint, excel, etc.
