Used a Neax PBX 2400 IMS, Dterm Series phones, CSU/DSU. Performed loop back testing from the CSU/DSU when a T-1 line was down. This was to ensure that the actual PBX did not have a problem.
Communicated with phone service provider Bellsouth, regarding orders for new employees, employees that are leaving and moving.
Provided technical support on usage of the telecommunications system.
Installed new 66 blocks for new and existing buildings.

Server room consisted of 6 servers. 2 mail servers, 1 proxy server, 2 Dell 2450 series servers, and 1 file server.
Created Windows NT ghost images to ghost down to the Windows 95 clone computers that were on the floor. In support of the outer offices we used VCN (Virtual Control Network). This is the software that was used to fix the computer problems in the outer offices.
