Pharmacy from an all paper pharmacy to an all electronic operation.
Project involved assessing needs and reviewing bids for hardware and software. Transition included training of employees, educating our patients, and working with various medical offices in town. Also negotiated maintenance and service contracts with software and hardware providers.
This transition allowed me to increase volume by 200% over the next 3 years.
