Information Retrieval System, Northeastern University November 2017

• Implemented ranked document retrieval by implementing retrieval algorithms like BM25 and Query Likelihood Model.

• Applied PageRank algorithm to the retrieved documents to refine the results obtained and compared the results. 2D Platformer and Breakout, Northeastern University February – April 2018

• Implemented the famous “Breakout” and a self-created 2D platformer game using C++ and SDL library.

• Used an Object-Oriented approach to define various game objects. Developed a map generator to generate random levels. Spotify++, Northeastern University August 2018

• Implemented a music streaming web app where users can search for music, create music, follow other users, review tracks, etc. REACT used for front end. JPA to develop the back end. • Used sockets, Java and MySQL to create a chat server for text communication between multiple clients.

• Features like queuing up of messages for offline users, parental controls, wiretapping, etc. were provided.

Raw Sockets, TCL and NS2, Web Crawler, Northeastern University September – December 2018

• Implemented TCP raw sockets to fetch data from a website

• Developed a web crawler which uses HTTP GET and POST request to login and fetch flags from a website.

• Used NS2 and TCL to create a network simulation and compare various versions of TCP and UDP.
