Billing Coordinator for a Home Health Agency in which my duties included but were not limited to submitting claims to all payors, assuring all units billed for were correctly processed thru Vesta prior to submitting claims and verification of Insurance. My responsibilities included submitting all claims in a timely manner. Assure Authorizations were valid, if needed to I would contact insurance to request a new authorization. Making sure all claims were paid, if denied I would resubmit for reconsideration along with all supporting documentation.
