North Texas Inspection Services, Fort Worth, TX
Owner/CEO, February 2000- March 2006
* Operated North Texas Inspection Services, oversaw three departments with net sales in excess of twenty million dollars. Responsible for ensuring safe construction of over one hundred and twenty commercial and residential projects being built simultaneously as a International Code Council (ICC) Certified Inspector.
* Successfully completed over six hundred and eighty million dollars in construction projects in 2005 & 2006; both residential and commercial to include schools, hospitals and apartment complexes.
* Participated in monthly City Council, Development and Zoning meetings, and served as a liaison between city governments, contractors, developers, and builders. Attended pre-construction meetings with various school districts and collaborated with the architects, engineers, and construction supervisors ensured compliance of all city, state, and federal codes.

* Developed training schedules and coordinated all professional development schools for a 600 Soldier Battalion. Worked extensively with Senior Battalion Staff to develop yearly training calendars as well as plan all training events for five 120 Solider subordinate Companies.
