Prepared performance reports for existing clients to analyze investment performance including tax planning, retirement planning, investment planning, and estate planning.

Analyzed hundreds of Morningstar reports and ranked them based on relevant factors including past performance, internal fees, and security concentration.

Helped build 28 portfolio models based on client’s tolerance for risk and tax efficiency in order to prepare performance reports. These models have been implemented in over 150 client accounts.

Developed and systematized a client data base that is currently being used to manage automated client newsletters, birthday greetings, and anniversary greetings.

Compiled 18 separate ideas to improve targeted marketing to new potential referrals and existing clientele of which 3 have been adopted and have led to over 10 new client referrals.
