WORK EXPERIENCE

Ensure that the Organization HR operational policies and processes are adhered to and continually improved.

Assist in all activities concerning the sourcing & recruitment of staff, performance management, staff discipline and HR administration.

Coordinate and / or conduct departmental training and conduct new hire orientation program.

Implement corporate policies and procedures on compensation, incentive, bonus and benefits.

Continually assesses employee morale by analyzing absenteeism and turnover records, lateness and resignations.

Coordinate and oversee all matters related to staff accommodation, facilities, and transport.

Oversee the management of the recruiting process including position management, advertising, working with community agencies.

Develops and maintains confidential departmental staff and associated files, documents, pay scale details and/or other important databases.

Additional responsibilities include:

Head Timekeeper

Responsible for timekeeping unit in the facility as below;

i.Proper time compilations through manual and computerized system to track nonexempt, hourly, weekly timesheets for employees to ensure prompt payments, fairness and compliance.

ii.Time calculations as per the approved / allowable standards for overtimes / breaks etc

iii.Data verifications to ensure accuracy, proper captions of all time entries and suggest changes where necessary

iv.In case of disparities with the hours worked, ensured proper discussion with the employees before submitting for payroll entries

v.Responsible for master time sheet compilation by factoring in all aspects of shifts available

vi.Payroll entries of the verified information in liaison with the payroll clerk to ensure proper postings for piecework, overtimes etc

vii.Smooth operation of the system by ensuring that the system is accurate and incase of defaults the systems administrator is properly informed.

viii.Ensures timesheets/systems in use are user friendly and may propose reviews in case of new employment regulations to conform with the existing laws.
