**** – 1987 Credit Manager and Office Supervisor for a food distribution company.

**** – 1993 System Support analyst and program designer for the same food distribution company. Provided 24 hour phone and computer support.

1993 – 2005 Office and Credit Administrator and computer software support for another food distribution company. Was recruited to join them because of my work with the previous company.

2005 – 2017 Senior Accountant for an agricultural company. Also responsible for computer support, and some software design.

2010 – present Internet Marketing with various programs

I have very strong organization skills. I have streamlined office operations to the point that the companies could reduce unnecessary staffing, while not only maintaining but improving office efficiency.

I have strong writing skills, (such as email correspondence), I am very proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point. I have extensive experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger reconciliation and Financial Statement preparation.

I am very quick study on learning computer programs new to me, as I used to design programs and train people how to use them.

I am looking for a position that is work from my home office, in the capacity as a freelance operator virtual assistant.
