Project Leader

Lead a team to create a new Interface for Pressure Vessel Database with more flexibility and customer interface.

Write the scope of work for IT to build the new system.

Create Project schedule.

Work within allocated budget.

Work with IT Engineers on the different processes.

Assure the processes are implemented into the new system and function correctly.

Work out any bugs in the system and report them to be corrected.

Roll out the new system after old system is migrated.

Communicate to site when new system is ready.

Create training videos.

Pressure Vessel Inspection

Coordinate Pressure Vessel Inspections for RTC Facility and document inspection finding.

Assure vessel folder for fabrication or inspections are complete and all documentation is accounted for.

Enter in all data into Pressure Vessel Database.

Schedule Vessels for inspection and provide a schedule for inspector. Work with Pressure Vessel Engineer to insure Vessels are in compliance under all regulations.

Assist Pressure Shop Coordinate MMS.

Coordinate field work request.

Purchase Agent

Receives Material Request Forms and assure it contains charge code and WR reference number.

Order Materials and enter cost into MMS.

Keeps all received material request forms in the shop binder for reference.

Check Material orders from Vendors to verify delivery dates and update MMS as needed.

Reconcile Purchases in Database and cross reference them for accuracy.

Work with vendors to ensure best price and stock availability.

Communicate any changes for delivery.

Management of Change Administrator/Permit Coordinator

Receive Permit after Final Inspection and make digital copy of Permit card to reflect final signatures from City of Richmond inspector Assist Project Foreman.

MOC administrator

Responsible for maintaining master List of all MOC files for Richmond Technology Center and facilitating their progress to completion.

Update MOC Dashboard once a quarter and send out email update to Champions and authorizers.

Participate and facilitate stage 2 risk assessment meetings and stage 4 PSR/PSSR meetings for authorizers.

Assist authorizers and Project Managers with projects and shepherd MOC process with them.

Support all users.

Provide guidance and Training for all users regarding how the MOC process operates.

Provide guidance for all users to aid in determining if a MOC is required and assist them to know the right people to be involved.

Provide support to audit team. Provide Onsite classroom training for MOC online tool for Richmond and Briar Park.

CHESM Coordinator

Manage/facilitate CHESM quarterly meetings at RTC.

Communicating meetings minutes and metrics to the CHESM Process Advisor for the Annual CHESM Summary Report.

Provide HES and CHESM expertise for RTC stakeholders and operations.

Work with local RTC management and Contract Owners to improve the HES performance of contractors (engagement activities, risk evaluations, mitigation plans, etc.)

Track RTC CHESM Metrics.

Conduct RTC contractor engagement activity. Verify/Audit contractor safety program elements per RTC Functional CHESM LT plan.
