Responsibilities:

Requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, mapping and the implementation of the business requirements.

Conducts baseline configuration as well as follow-on customizing based on the business requirements.

Captures and conducts cutover activities for the go-live of the pilot and roll-out projects.

Designed and implemented the green field implementation of SAP FSCM Credit management, FSCM Collections management and FSCM Dispute management in Germany, the Netherlands, Austria and Belgium.

Designed and implemented Order to Cash processes and FSCM Credit management, Dispute management & Collections management during the Roll-out of SAP FMS to Asics Australia, Asics UK, Asics Scandinavia, Asics France, Asics Italy and Asics Spain.

SAP FMS roll-out to Asics Australia: Did the requirement gathering, designed and implemented 95% of the order to cash solutions and processes. Trained the end users onsite, supported the integration testing and the go-live support.

SAP FMS roll-out to Asics America: Performed the fit-gap onsite, currently designing and implementing 80% of Order to Cash processes. Completely implemented FSCM Credit, Dispute and Collections management.

Designed an end to end blind return process for Asics America with the use of the SAP Advanced Return management solution. Part of the solution also incorporates two interfaces between SAP FMS and the decentralized warehouse as well as a sales order workflow.

Designed an end to end global solution for the free of charge process with different complex pricing requirements for every region. The solution covered the sales order creation, delivery, billing, intercompany billing, agency business and the sales return flow.

Currently designing a solution for Asics Europe to enable the transfer of stock from a wholesale customer to a retail store. Part of the solution is being designed for Asics China to enable the transfer of stock from a retail store to a wholesale customer.

10.2007 – 07.2015: SAP SD Business System Analyst at PVH Europe B.V.

Responsibilities:

Handled tickets, diagnoses, analysed and solved issues.

Wrote functional specifications and interacted with ABAP developers to develop new programs or enhance existing programs and user exits.

Designed and coordinated the development of many programs. An example is the mass upload tool used to create thousands of sales orders. The upload tool is intensively used in the PVH offices across Europe and Japan. The upload tool drastically reduced the length of time end users take to create seasonal sales orders in the system from a period of three weeks to a couple of hours.

Gathered business requirements, carried out Gap analysis and documented the business blueprint.

Performed customizing activities to meet business needs.

Prepared test scripts for the new functionalities I developed, trained users and also assisted with the documentation of the end user manual before the go-live of a project.

Projects/Activities

Customer/Price master data interface: set up an Outbound IDOC interface to send out data to an external application (SELL-IT) with the use of the change pointer technique.

Sales order interface: Set up Inbound IDOC interface to process sales orders created from an external application (SELL-IT) into SAP. This dramatically increased the number of sales orders placed in the showrooms by 30 percent.

SAP-PIM interface: designed a program which is used to trigger prices from SAP to PIM (Product Information Management) tool via an RFC. Improved operational efficiency by 25 percent in terms of time, effort and cost.

FSCM Credit Management project: Did the requirement gathering, documented the blueprint, did the customizing settings on the credit master data, Business Partner, credit limit check, credit processes, Integration with Accounts Receivable Accounting and Sales and Distribution, wrote the functional specifications for the BADI enhancement and the migration programs. Performed the migration activities, set up web services for credit management and the authorization matrix for the BP. Reduced the number of bad debts and achieved a higher level of transparency. Successfully rolled out the project to five countries (ES, PT, IE, UK & TR). Received many compliments from the Credit Control VP, VP IT Europe and the SAP competence manager.

Duns & Bradstreet (D&B) – SAP interface: Set up to import data from D&B into SAP and the data is displayed on a dashboard. Was involved during the collection of the business requirements, performed fit-gap analysis, blueprint documentation, wrote function specifications on the change requests, unit tested the performance of the product availability check, creation of an investigation order and the credit monitoring of a customer. Trained the users and also provided the go-live support.

Customer setup workflow project: Set up of a workflow technology in combination with external services. Was involved in the customer setup process design and custom field configurations, testing, training and the go-live support.

Implementation of Calvin Klein in SAP: Performed the SD customizing settings, unit testing, migration activities, training and the go-live support.

Attune for Retail product (A4R): Rolled out the Russian Retail flow by configuring the Retail organizational elements, Retail Store master, partner profile maintenance for store communication, configured the IDOC administration and different retail goods movements.
