• Helped open new facility relocating from California. Human Resources functions such as New Hire

Orientation, New HIre paperwork including I-9 info, Benefits, Payroll, Employee files, Employee

Attendance, Vacation, Personal or Medical Leaves,

OSHA 300 Log, Workman's compensation filing and

coordination, and obtain temporary employees

through temporary agencies as needed. Work with

Plant Manager and /or Production Manager and/or

Corporate to resolve employee issues pertaining to Company policies.
