Responsible for Supplier Assessment, Approval and Supplier Rating.

Preparing and updating Process flow diagram, PFMEA & Control plan for supplier parts.

Approval of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) for supplier parts.

Analysis the G&T details in drawing and Preparing Inspection Quality plans for supplier parts.

Conducting Supplier system & Process audit as per the Audit Schedule.

Responsible for conducting Supplier Audit on Corrective actions.

In charge of Inward inspection & Self certification of supplier parts.

Responsible Supplier rejections and Supplier PPM reduction.

Taking Corrective and Preventive actions (CAPA) for supplier quality issues.

Generating the 8D-Report for Supplier problem & validating the counter measure report.
