Migrate all existing network connections to HP\Aruba switches and new IP subnets, including build and turn up of new locations. Whayne Supply – Lead Tech on a 12-month project including PC refresh in 9 different company locations. During this project I was the point of contact for 6 other Pomeroy employees. Utilizing BOSS U-WIN upgrade software, this project included replacing up to 90 computers in each branch location, and verifying install of all Whayne Supply and CAT related proprietary software. Resolve issues stemming from the implementation of new systems in the IS department.

YUM! Brands – Executive level support at the YUM! Brands World Headquarters (Tech Center, White House). Assisted in a Blackberry rollout to top-level employees in all brands. This consisted of Blackberry device configuration, cellular data setup, mail setup and server synchronization. Following configuration users were instructed on use of the device in a one on one situation. I also assisted with end user troubleshooting and issue resolution in both call center and office environments.
