Act as the representative for design engineering pertaining to assigned system turnovers to ensure design completion of all systems, structures, and components (SSCs) included in a system turnover, and ensure the SSCs have been installed per the design documentation.

Coordinate with Initial Test Program engineers to define the boundaries of system turnovers required to be completed and successful prior to fuel load for Plant Vogtle Units 3 &4.
