Carry out a daily inspection.

Daily identify potential Hazards and Risk Assessments at work site.

Maintaining of safety reports in a client approved format.

Conducting the Emergency evacuation drill along with safety engineer/ safety officers.

Ensure that the work permits are prepared to obtained clearance from the Plant Safety Department and Control Room for executing the works.

Safety procedure during work such as Welding, Gas cutting by verification and inspection of condition of Welding, Acetylene pressure, Pressure gauge condition, welding electric holder, welder protective equipment, welding generator etc.

Conducting regular Tool Box Meeting for workers and supervisors.

Ensure the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE’s) by all employees at the required areas and situations.

Prepare accident/incident reports to find out the causes and adopting proper preventive measures.

Develop awareness among employees about the necessity of a safety programmed in their routine, also to encourage them to take safety as a habit or part of life more than mandatory.

Develop awareness in the importance of housekeeping and advantages of excellent housekeeping in work places, accommodations, to take precautions. Identifying Near Miss immediately and analysis different Near miss occurrences and take action to avoid the repetition of same/similar occurrences in future

Conducting investigations of the Accidents, Incidents and Property damages and Recommending safety measures and procedures according to investigations.

Conducting daily and periodic tool box meeting, equipment check list verification, First Aid check.
