Conducted testing of biodiesel-diesel-antioxidant-water and canola-diesel-antioxidant fuel

blends on HATZ twin cylinder 4-stroke diesel engine and biodiesel-diesel-antioxidant fuel blends

on Cummins final stage tier 4 heavy duty diesel engine

Proven ability to apply conceptual knowledge to achieve the desired results by improving the

3D/Additive Printing 2015 to 2016

An in-depth study of materials, processes, programming and building of printer was carried out

over a course of one year which was part of four-man team with each of us having a role to play

Applied my engineering knowledge to designing which was done with the help of software like SolidWorks

and AutoCAD, while programming and procurement of materials was done with the help of college professor

The first half of the project included planning, collection of materials and drafting of technical

document which was presented to the group coordinator for its final approval and later implementing

this technique to the actual built-up of the printer

The second half of the project had the intricacy of measurement to produces the actual working model,

to the minute of level to improve the accuracy to obtain the most detailed 3D printed objects as possible

Took the accountability for designing and performed detailed financial estimation to determine the

workability and operational aspect

Finally, the project concluded with presenting the work to the university coordinator along with college

committee and group coordinator and fellow other students

Go-Kart Championship November 2014-March 2015

Lovely Professional University – Mechanical Engineering Department Punjab PB

Worked in close collaboration with a team of Under-Graduate mechanical engineering students to build, design and compete at international level which was affiliated to Society of Automotive Engineers India (SAE)

Competition evaluated our potential and knowledge to manufacture and race a go-kart under particular set of rules and regulation provided by the organizers

Go-Kart championship also tested our innovative ideas from concept build-up and feasibility to cost effectiveness and its utility to produce a one of a kind eco-friendly vehicle

Involved two aspects of the competition, firstly submission of report and the screening of kart and secondly the more exciting and comprehensive part of planning and racing

Worked with marketing team for procurement of engine and material along with part of test drive team and chassis team and developed technical skills like welding and helped build teamwork which elevated my understanding and knowledge of manufacturing an object from scratch
