Good, with any level of people, from company management staff to any employee, don t care his level. I can put myself in the same level that anyone in the company and speak at the same level and role from what he speaks. He can be the manager, the accountant or the delivery boy, normally I know what concern to any of them.

Working Life.

Begin like Basic Programmer in 1.979 in few months I update my career to Analyst programmer and from this time, maybe middle of 1,980 till today I m doing the same work, I love my job and probably after retired I will follow doing the same work.

What I have done all my life have been analyst any business management problems, and build up an application to resolve it.

I have done this with many problems, all normally working with complete business management applications for different business area like can be hotels and facilities, customs, logistic, wholesales, retails, accounting, constructions companies, farmers cooperatives, and in different operating systems with different programming languages.

I do all the cycle, from the knowledge of the problems, convert the problem in a process flow to a database design, the ETL, programming modules and database, the application test and finally the installation and configuration of OS, Tools & Servers, Databases, applications etc. on custom server. Phisical or in cloud.

Sometimes I also have done the assemble of servers and pc s and the network install.

And normally I teach how to use the applications to the custom staff, but only till the chief of department levels.

How you can see I know, and I can do, all the areas, from hardware to software, from design to programming, from test the software to teach it to buyer employees. And I m proactive to look for excellence, so I will look for the best hardware, the best software performance and the best operator feedback.

In the year 2,000 I release a complete business application, sell through a third party company, developed with Oracle Databases and Oracle Forms & Reports, PLSQL and APEX, focus for wholesales and retails to the area of automotive parts and from 2,002 till 2011 that I come to live in U.S.A. my daily work consist to analyze new applications buyers companies, made some arrangements in the applications to fix the customs needs build a team with the employee of the seller company and the employee of the buyer company and manage the team till the application was completely running in production. I do this job for around 90 companies.

Computer Training Spain. Cobol Programmer. (1 year 1979).

Universidad Laboral de Huesca. Bachelor Degree Physic & Chemical (2 years not finished)

Autodidact. About most of the Tools, Operating Systems, Programming Languages, Database Design, Web Servers, Application Servers and any other tool. The reason of this is easy I normally begin to use the tools from the pretty first moment that they are release in the market, many times beta version, and when the courses and certifications are ready to be buy, I have build what I need from the tool.

Certifications.

Actually I m in the process of Oracle DBA certification.

I only have a temporal handicap, speak, from 2011 till now, I have been traveling between Spain and USA, so I understand English good about 95% and people understand me good 95%, read 100% good, but I suppose that in 3 or 4 months this little handicap has gone.
