Coach, mentor, and advise the Diversity Branch staff on methods to align agency strategy with FTA, EEOC and OFCCP requirements. Analyze program and continuous improvement effectiveness. Provide leadership and guidance to a cross-functional team of five professionals focused on driving program success. Prepare inquiries for FTA Grantee Information Requests.
