Manage the day-to-day operational activities associated with organizational diversity and inclusion objectives. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Title VI, Affirmative Action, and ADA compliance. Develop and implemented key agency-wide strategies focused on strengthening the organizational diversity and inclusion positioning. Coach, mentor, and advise the Diversity Branch staff on methods to align agency strategy with FTA, EEOC and OFCCP requirements. Analyze program and continuous improvement effectiveness. Provide leadership and guidance to a cross-functional team of five professionals focused on driving program success. Prepare inquiries for FTA Grantee Information Requests. Lead preparations for audits and reviews.

Championed the development and implementation of a comprehensive training program on transgender employee transition into the workplace encompassing the successful facilitation of training to 120 leaders in 30 days.

Established the Inclusion Strategies for 21st Century Leaders training initiative to address learning needs of Metro leadership.
