Technical Skills:

Field Service Engineer: 15 + Years field installation and maintenance of electronic, electro-mechanical, industrial robotic automation and fluidic biotechnology capital equipment, including 5 + Years High speed paper handling equipment for electronic printing industry.

Road Warrior Acclimated to the requirements of field service travel, both domestic and international.

Technical Trainer: Technical training of maintenance and operational personnel, both in the field and formal classroom environment.

Electromechanical Manufacturing: Multiple years experience as an Engineering manufacturing technician primarily tasked with prototype builds and product release. I possess the necessary electromechanical manufacturing, engineering and system integration skills to build, test, and install a wide spectrum of capital equipment. Point to point wiring, prototype builds, PC board building, soldering to Mil-std-454, wiring to engineering sketches and schematics. Cabling: Design and development of complex cable harnessing from schematics. Working knowledge of standard software applications, such as MS Word, Excel, Acrobat and Team Viewer.

Technical writing: Test procedures, calibration procedures, service manuals, user and service training curriculum,. manufacturing processes, assembly instructions, operator instructions, QC check sheets, etc.

Electromechanical Design: Wire harness, cable assembly, interface systems, electromechanical sub-systems.

Calibration Technician: Setup and operation of an electronic and electrical mechanical calibration system for a semiconductor manufacturing facility within the requirements of Mil-std-45662. (Sprague Concord, NH)

RF Technician: Practical configuration and troubleshooting of satellite downlinks for video and data, with a working knowledge of most commonly used multiplexing, distribution and encryption systems. FCC Radio License: W1ORE

Sawyer: Maintenance and practical use of timber saw mill

Woodworking: Practical use of common wood fabrication equipment, from timber to finish.
