B.E PROJECT:
MINI PROJECT TITLE: DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF SUPERPLASTIC FORMING ALUMINIUM 6063 ALLOY.
DESCRIPTION: An experiment will be conducted by using universal tensile test machine on superplastically formed component by varying process parameter, stress. The effect of the strain-rate sensitivity, stress and temperature of the alloy on the rate of superplastic forming can be enabled. By using ABAQUS software, we can find the optimum parameters to get good superplastic forming in AL6063 alloy.
MAIN PROJECT TITLE: FABRICATION AND EXPERIMENTALLY ANALYSING THE PERFORMANCE OF THE SPRINGS USED IN SELF RETRIVING DOORS. DESCRIPTION: This project deals with the detailed analysis of the spring by understanding its mechanical and metallurgical properties and providing an alternative design of the spring to improve the life time of the spring. The result of the project is that the life time of the spring increases without affecting the performance of the mechanism. Here the wire diameter of the spring is altered/increased, so that it will increase the durability of the spring. CONFERENCE ATTEND/WORKSHOP
