Program Manager on a set of projects to transform/transition the HP Global Delivery for Service Desk and a number of related ITSM (ITIL) processes.

oTransition and Transformation projects for Deutsche Bank account, including major data centre builds in North America for global support.

I was asked to manage an upgrade project for a financial trading system at an Alberta company. I worked closely with the application teams (both internal and applications vendor) to ensure a successful upgrade. I also created the test strategy, a change management policy, and a formal process for customer acceptance. The implementation was successful, on time, and under budget.
