Florida licensed Physician Assistant with clinical experience in surgery and pain management. I have managed all clinical aspects of pain, including initial consultations, procedure follow ups, medication management, IT pump management and IT pump refills, major and minor joint injections, trigger point injections, chemodenervation for dystonia, chronic migraine, spasticity, and have performed peripheral nerve blocks, administering over 16,000 units of Botox, with some experience in cosmetic injection. Experienced in ultrasound and fluoroscopic needle guidance techniques. Prior extensive multispecialty surgical experience of approximately 6,000cases enabled me to assist the physicians in implanting pumps and stimulators that previously required a Surgeon to help. Comfortable and competent with all aspects of pain management. Work well with others and with minimal supervision.

This was a walk in and Physician referral pain clinic, S subsidiary of Surgical Partners of America, a corporation specializing in surgical centers, pain centers, and eye centers. I insisted that the patients who were overweight lose 2 pounds a month using my 2 degree diet, do simple stretching exercises in the AM first thing after getting out of bed, and that they participate in their own healthcare.

I perform the same procedures and evaluations as I did at the Clearwater Pain Management group. Additionally, I have become trained in upper and lower limb chemodenervation for spasticity. I left because I covered 8 counties and no longer wanted to drive 2000 miles a month.
