Managing a 10 million dollar raw materials inventory on a daily basis to ensure accurate inventory levels to the nearest pound.

Responsible and accountable for communicating company goals/objectives/priorities to all personnel both salary and hourly as required, the training and development of personnel, communicating and enforcing company rules and regulations and continuing involvement in safety efforts, safety contacts and prompt investigations.

Maintain a working knowledge of company policy and union contract rules as they relate to departmental operations.

Determines priority of analysis to maximize testing efficiency, while considering current material needs.
