OPENING PROCEDURE:

Prepare all food items in a hygienic and timely manner.

Set up location in line w/ restaurant guidelines.

Checking the labels,utensils and quality of the product or items.

Clean and maintain service station.

Assists w/ the cleaning,hygiene and organization of the kitchen, barge in coolers and all storage areas.

Follow recipes,piece control and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant management.

Restock all items as required throughout shift.

CLOSING PROCEDURE:

Clean all the utensils and equipments in details as much as possible.

Arrange the 3 storage area the walk in freezer,the walk in chiller and the dry storage.

Double check all the labels and expiration date of all the products in the store.

Double check all the equipments if its turn off properly before leaving the store.

Inform the Manager on duty to have the last touch on the closing procedure and finalized the checking.
