I have a proven wealth of experience ranging from extensive fraud audits to the complete rebuilding of financial records.
The fraud audits have included the use of forensic accounting in the discovery of material theft by board members, management and employees. The discovery of the action came about often through the review of operational results and the analysis of financial records.

Engagements have been performed where the client needed to have their accounting records rebuilt for as many as seven years and the respective audits completed. Acting in the capacity of chief financial officer I completed five years of audits simultaneously to facilitate the filing of either a 15c211 application and/or an SEC registration statement.
Operational and accounting system conversions have been performed to facilitate the expeditious reporting of operational results to not only the board of directors, but to complete the required SEC quarterly and annual filings on a timely basis.
Developed numerous systems of international operational and accounting systems of reporting. This included the recognition of currency conversion gains and losses, plus a format for consolidation that allowed for timely reporting.
