Maintained responsibility for twenty manufacturing sites in the United States, Canada, and Mexico; managed quality system and six quality assurance managers directly and about twenty site-based quality managers indirectly. Identified and executed business and manufacturing process improvements.
• Reduced consumer complaints 20% from carbonated soft drink plants.
• Upgraded basic and sensory training for carbonated soft drink factories and established HACCP plans in 13 carbonated soft drink plants.
• Built quality system for new green field factory in Victorville, CA.

Vice President of QEHS Systems & Process Development 2003 – 2006 Maintained QEHS responsibility for nine manufacturing sites in the United States and Mexico; managed six quality quality assurance and environmental, health and safety (EHS) managers directly; built EHS systems in Mexico as extensions of practice established in the US; managed technical installation of new technology.
• Extended CS QEHS systems to CSLAB (Mexico) business and Snapple Distribution Company.
• Ensured all CSLAB plants conformed to Quality standards and had working HACCP and food safety plans.
• Established that all CSLAB distribution points had active and updated health and safety programs with indigenous leadership, reducing the number of accidents by almost 50% in 2006.
