Description of the Project:

This project is a Tier2/3 application support and enhancing mission critical business services applications of AT&T which are running on Legacy Linux, Unix Servers and hosted on AWS environment. This includes integration of tools on Legacy and AWS environment like Auto Resolution via Service Now, deployment automation via CA RA, includes implementation of DevSecops, CI/CD terminologies like Jenkins, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker, SonarQube, provide the permanent fix within the SLA. With changing world, adapting the new technologies of chatbots, Auto Health Checks.

As a Service Delivery Manger, responsible for

Implementing ITIL/ITSM, Agile methodologies, like Requirement gathering, Change, Release, Incident and Problem management, Disaster Recovery plans and risk management.

Displays technical leadership and oversight of implementation and deployment planning, system integration, ongoing data validation processes, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and sustainability of technical solutions

Manages Project portfolios, assist in RFP (Request for Proposals), Budget/Pricing estimations for new work.

Description of the Project:

This project was an Enhancement project for few Mission critical business application of AT&T named CRIS, EDWAMI, and ECM which were running on IBM Mainframe boxes. Enhanced various features as per the client requirement and also maintain the availability of the applications 24*7, if any production, resolved instantly with coordination from and also provide the permanent fix for that bug and provide the relevant documentation to the Production team.
