Initiated the opening of Villa Daini and the Cadogan House in London ahead of the expected scheduled time through proper monitoring, organization and coordination of house project with architects, engineers, interior decorators and outside suppliers and efficiently control and supervise houses in Rome, Milan and London.

Coordinates with the office for codifying art collections, documenting automobiles for insurance purposes.

Established a well balance team of household staffs, have recruited, selected and deployed in different houses and family office headquarter. This was achieved through proper training, motivation and proper implementation of house rules without neglecting the basic rights of each worker under labor laws. At present, I am in charge of more than 12 people as a House Manager/Butler and prepare the monthly schedule of day offs and yearly vacation of staffs.
