1. 90+ sets of return spikes identified proactively through the dashboard. Fraud pattern was observed in
~70% sets of identified return spikes.
2. 50+ sets of RCPV fraud return spikes identified proactively through the dashboard, designed thresholds based on the fraud pattern observed and relevant blacklisting action has been performed. 3. 80% decrease in the TOA paid out from Flipkart due to manual investigation. Introduced additional thresholds periodically based on new fraud patterns observed and there by maintaining consistency in TOA amount paid out from the company.
4. 40+ sets of order spikes identified through the automated channel among which suspicious pattern was observed in 85% of the sets.
5. Built macros for weekly reporting thereby saving productive time.
