Operational Working of Ball mill and Vertical Roller Mill operations. Knowledge of Kiln operation. Process Optimization, Heat and mass balance, Preheater check, Kooler Check,Ball Mill B-Level audit, Fan assessment, Shift manpower handling, active focus on Occupational health and safety.

I worked on PSA (Particle size analyzer), XRF and Alpine. Quality and testing Cement Quality (Blain, I.R., CaO, SO3 etc.) Knowledge of the safety audit, environment audit . Knowledge of ISO standards in quality
