Handled the statutory compliances of reputed corporate houses like IBM, TCS, CTS, Verizon, Amazon, Shell, Wipro, Accenture, Scope International, CCTL, Vodafone, Godrej, Embassies of USA, Canada, Japan, L&T, Karaikal Port, Sun TV, LIC, Indian Bank, HDFC, Indian Airlines, Murugappa group, Daimler, Nissan, Michelin Tyres, Nokia, Reliance, Siemens, Barclays, Ford Motors, Hyundai, Saint-Gobain, Apollo Tyres, Ashok Leyland etc.,

Handled 18(1) and 12(3) settlements and cases under 2A, 2K, 33 2(b), unfair labour practices, C.P, I.D and summon cases. 5,600 + Caller concerns, 1,045 + 48 Hours follow up, 7,400 + V care concerns and 5,800 + field level escalated problems attended and solved in the best way possible and assured the highest satisfaction to the complainants.

Insisted the need for public utility services notification and obtained 4 notifications as well. Implemented a robotic system for absconder tracing and head count at the district level and reduced the unauthorised absenteeism and absconder count to less than 100 and 20 respectively. Regular contact with 60+ Labour authorities.

Gave meaningful solutions to 640+ complaints received through RTI and CM Cell petitions related to HR issues

Handled 4 PPP model Government Project’s Disciplinary issues, mainly 108 ambulances and 104 disciplinary issues.

Handled 250+ Call centre employees and 4,500 + field employee’s grievances effectively for the entire Tamil Nadu

Handled the end users and Public complaints related to the service quality and their experience, CM Cell petitions, RTI petitions pertaining to HR/IR and legal for the entire Tamil Nadu with a team of 2 retainer advocates, 1 consultant advocate, 32 advocates on assignment basis spread across Tamil Nadu and managed the show with the help of a team consist of 3 typists and 1 Senior Executive.

At field level 11 Program Managers and 51 Emergency Management Executives who used to look for my support for solving their IR & legal related issues. Apart from the field 3 Call centres, Sense department, Quality department, SCM, Fleet, Finance, Admin and EMLC departments look for my assistance in solving their IR and legal problems.

Completed 230+ domestic enquirers with the help of 4 independent outsider advocates. With the help of Internal Compliance committee and through HR team solved 150 + Harassment complaints

To maintain discipline in the organisation prepared and sent 3 pages to 80 pages 1400 + show cause notices, 750 + warning letters, 800 + caution notices and 3,275 + preliminary enquiries and counselling sessions conducted and special counselling given to 31 on duty and off duty suicide attempt cases as well.

125+ Conciliations successfully completed with various Labour Officers throughout the State. 475 + Proof affidavits, counters, written arguments, rejoinders ranging from 10 pages to 164 pages prepared by me and filed to different courts and labour authorities directly as well as through advocates

Zero tolerance towards certain indiscipline activities introduced for the first time in the TN operations and handled the complaints without any fear what so ever irrespective of constant pressure and threats till my last day of exit.

My suggestions were implemented successfully in the areas of Disciplinary issues, settlement, grievance mechanism, ambulance audit, night visit, seniority transfer, district transfer, transfer within the district, feedback to the complainants, Entry and exist, ID card, Uniform, V care, Location facilities etc.,

64 broad categories of complaints handled successfully and defaulters never spared. Cleared 5 years old disciplinary cases in record time immediately after my joining and cleared 6 years pending PF issues starting from settlement to transfer nearly 950 + cases solved.

Based on my strict instruction and suggestions 200+ ESI card campaigns were conducted throughout Tamil Nadu and nearly 70% employees were provided with the permanent cards.

For the first time based on my suggestion and effort Disciplinary committee, Accident Enquiry committee, Ambulance audit committee, Group Audit, Appellate authority, Committee to decide about terminations and other disciplinary

actions, Field engagement, suggestion box system, notice board display of important issues like transfer and seniority etc., came into effect. Gave meaningful solutions to 640+ complaints received through RTI and CM Cell petitions related to HR issues. Implemented the Goal setting exercise, formulation of KRA/KPI for all levels of employees. Extensively used the 360 Degree Appraisal for fair performance appraisal

Successfully completed 8 ESI Audits and 10 PF audits and represented Management before the PF and ESI authorities as well. Nearly 270+ notices of both Central and State Labour authorities were closed in the inspection stage itself successfully. Contract labour licences 50+ obtained and renewed 120+.

Developed and Implemented HRD & OD interventions viz., HR Audit, Employee satisfaction survey and organizational climate survey for improving performance. 5 Security agencies licences obtained from Police dept.

At a regular interval organized many free eye checks up camps, First Aid Training sessions, Blood donation camps, Health check up camps, Emergency evacuation drills etc., 100 + Buyer audit compliances completed.

Introduced many welfare schemes, engagement activities, policies and procedures in order to increase the importance of the Internal Customers. 100+ Legal cases completed in record time.

Having first hand information and practical exposure about conciliation, mediation, domestic enquiry, disciplinary proceedings, Labour Court proceedings, Judicial Magistrate Courts and Regional Labour commissioner – Central proceedings as well. 150+ Labour authorities’ inspections closed without any adverse remarks.
