Current Experience:

Working as a Testing and Commissioning Engineer for M/S Inser Hi-Tech Engineers Pvt at Chennai, from DEC 2014 to till date. Job profile: Testing & commissioning, interaction between client & Contractor, supervision, Operation and Maintenance of Substations, Switchyards & Switch gears. Having good exposure in Testing, Commissioning, and Operation & Maintenance & Trouble shooting of ABB, L&T, SIEMENS,CGL,ERL,Make Switchyard and Switchgear Electrical Equipment’s.

Switchyard Tested & Commissioned up to 33KV to 765 KV.

Testing of CT, P.T., CVT, LA, Circuit breaker, LV&MV cables, Bus Bar, Earth & Soil resistivity Test HT&LT Motors, Power Transformers, ICT, Reactors.

MV and HV Cable HIPOT TEST.

Tested for SF6, V.C.B, A.C.B type breakers ( ABB,, SIEMENS,SCHNEIDER and CGL makes etc)

Transformer (150KVA-500MVA) testing with Differential protection and REF protection.

Inspection of control and relay panel, preparation of Test Report and cable schedule for sub-station.

Knowledge of Transformer protection, Transformer Differential Protection & REF Protection, Reactor Differential & REF, Line Protection

& Differential Protection, Bus Bar Differential & Differential protection, and synchronizing scheme.

Battery Charger (48V-220V) testing with Load tested.

Co-ordination with client in As Built Scheme drawing submission, test report submission.

As build drawings and relevant documents preparing,

As build cable schedule submission and all site activity to satisfy the customer.

Co-ordination with Clients / Third Party surveyors.

Ability to check activities against approved drawings, specification and relevant codes & standards
