As an IT Project Manager/Scrum Master for BAMC, assigned to the Information Technology Office. I am in charge of a team of developers tasked with designing, building and deploying custom software applications in support of multiple disciplines/ departments e.g. (Surgery, Quality Improvement, HIPPA Compliance) within the hospital organization.
