Scope and Responsibilities:

Functional Delivery supports the primary functions:

(1) Business Analysis, Mapping and Testing.

(2) Production support

Business Analysis, Mapping and Testing Function

Assess the customer’s business and technical messaging requirements and their trading partner’s ecommerce capabilities and confirm their compatibility with supported standards.

Review the design of new business process for the customer and their integration into the industry standards and best practices within the provided solutions

Analyze the customer message formats, identify transformation requirements with their trading partners and enable the same.

Worked on logistic projects and configuring the transaction processing between Clients and their partners in test and production environments to automate the transactions.
