Worked in ENERGO CONSTRUCTION LTD. from 1 march 2015 to 1st July 2015

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Current Designation: SHIFT ENGINNER

Preparation of shift schedule as per the shutdown and requirement.

Manpower handling & proper utilization.

Responsible for visiting to all site for checking the equipment’s Scrapper chain conveyor (SCC), Belt conveyor, compressor, CCW pump.

To responsible for all Electrical fault, C&I fault & Mechanical fault with co-ordination of concern person.

Coordinating with the different department and working people for the best operation.

Responsible for the safe & healthy CHP operation From Direct feeding to Bunker with co- ordination of all site operators.

Responsible for Stacking, Reclaiming & direct feeding ( Bunker.)

Responsible for visiting to all site for checking the equipment’s, Belt Conveyors, Vibrating screen, Crusher, Reversible belts, Stacker, Flap gates, TTR.

Record all the running auxiliaries, stream availability.

Maintain the defect book, log book.

Monitor all major parameter to ensure that parameters are in normal condition.

Co-ordinate with C&I team for C&I fault and take necessary action for smooth operation equipment like PCS, BSS, Limit switches, CBS, ZSS, Magnet detector, Belt weighing, Interlocks.

Involve with mechanical team to resolve problem like belt joint, belt replacing dressing, fastening of conveyor belt.

Involve daily maintenance schedule and like p.m.

Maintenance of CHP equipment’s Crusher, Stacker cum Reclaimers, Scraper, screen, Compressor, Pumps, Gear-box, Fluid coupling, geared coupling, Lubrication system.

Also performed with mechanical team to change oil seal, oil level, bearings, linear plates, brake shoe, scraper, lagging, pulleys.
