Exceeded 4.5 years of experience includes Production, Quality & System / Process / Control Plan Adherence Audit after completion of Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Currently performing as "Process Associate / Auditor" to ensure all supplying parts are as per customer requirement.

Designated as "Quality Engineer" & performing as a middle level management employee.

Control sheet metal stamping process with assist of 8 pressing machines (400 & 600 ton) and the product quality by monitoring and reducing the rejection trend.

Aimed & initiated my habits to become a versatile engineer in the field of design, research & development, testing, manufacturing process and service systems by applying knowledge of mathematics, science and engineering.

MAY 2018 - Current Process Associate / Auditor (Third Party Audit) Omnex India Pvt. Ltd.,

Auditing suppliers such as 1. Clastek Engineering (Plastic Injection molding) 2. Metal Forms (Sheet Metal Laser cutting, Turret punching, Forming & MIG Welding) 3. CMD Precisions Products (CNC machining) 4. Sibar Auto Parts (Gravity Die Casting) 5. Ever Bright Products-I (Progressive tool punching) 6. Ever Bright Products-II (Shearing, Forming, Pressing & MIG Welding) 7. Prabhu Laser Components (Sheet Metal Laser cutting, Turret punching, Forming & MIG Welding) for a customer M/s. Modine Thermal Systems (Coolant Radiator assembly)

Prepare N+2 process audit schedule plan and circulate to all suppliers (Total 7).

Get confirmation on process audit dates to neglect last minute postponed.

Based on schedule, send audit agenda plan to all supplier.

Conduct opening meeting with Supplier Top management team and auditee.

Conduct process audit based on agenda plan and audit scope.

Record the audit findings with Risk classification

Mutually discuss with audit team to finalize the audit findings.

Prepare and circulate the audit report to supplier to finalize action plan along with target date and responsibilities.

Do follow up activity with all suppliers to get the action plan and insist them to accomplish the same with in target date.

Review the implemented action points in Before-After format and guide them how to enclose systematically.

Verify the evidence of implemented action points during next visits.

Prepare key performance indicator (KPI) to monitor suppliers performance to reduce the occurrence of NC internally.

Learn to achieve Zero ppm in internal rejetions in all suppliers through process audit & control plan adherence audit.

Ensure adherence of ISO 9001-2015 & IATF 16949-2015 system in all suppliers.

Assist M/s. Easwari Moulds and Dies to implement ISO system.

Promoted as a Team Leader for all Process Auditors, total 5 auditors. APR 2015 - APR 2018 Engineer Quality D.S. Techno Rubber Pvt. Ltd.,

Responsible to prepare Defect Content Report (DCR) for quality issues on Incoming Raw materials.

Authority for First-Off and Last-Off inspection reports for all the products.

Authority to stop production in case of any non-conformance observed and initiate CAPA activities along with production team.

Ensure control mechanism in all manufacturing process has been implemented and maintained as per Control Plan (CP) which agreed against respective customer.

Plan and accomplish MSA studies (Variable (Stability, GR&R) & Attribute) for measuring equipments & inspection persons. Any deviated results obtained then correct the cause & re-conduct the test.

Assess calibration & testing laboratory whether they are eligible to service us with the assist of "Supplier Assessment Form" & if resulted positively then include them in

"Approved Supplier List" systematically.

Maintain records of calibration for Monitoring & Measuring Equipments (MME).

Conduct and prepare dimensional and material test reports as per frequency assigned in

"Control Plan" with respect to customer.

Prepare required PPAP (AIAG-4th edition) documents during New Product Development (NPD) and 4M change.

In APQP program, verify Drawing / RFQ received before starts the process.

Prepare / Conduct Technical Feasibility study, Capacity Planning, Material Development, Drawing & specification changes, Packaging std., & specification, PFD, PFMEA, CP (Prelaunch & Production), SPC, AOI, Inspection standards & report formats, PDI report format, First off & Last off inspection report, Layout inspection, Product testing, PSW submission.

Direct subordinates to execute and complete their works within target date.

Conduct daily rejection analysis meeting to control rejection trend.

Analyze internal and customer complaints using G8D TOPS format includes Fish Bone diagram & Why Why concepts and take CAPA accordingly.

Maintain records related to ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016.

Conducting internal quality audit, product and process audit as per audit plan.

Maintain 5s & 3C in my working area & insisting subordinates, operators to maintain the same in their area.

Prepare / correct the SOP / WS / WI based on requirements. AUG 2013 - MAY 2014 GET - I (Line Supervisor) in Press Shop JBM Auto System Pvt. Ltd.,

Collect previous shift production details and plan my shift as per pending order for the respective month.

Select appropriate tool for job task with setup documents if any tool change to be carried out.

Coordinate with operators to operate a hydraulic press initially after completed the job setup to accomplish the assigned job task.

Assist operators by guiding them about how to execute a work as per work instruction.

Monitor the hourly production to ensure productivity is as per defined target per shift.

Assist to increase productivity by instructing forklift operators to handover raw material and work in progress (WIP) jobs on time to production.

Utilizing all available man power resources to reduce the planned breakdown hours.

Make routine decisions and use problem solving techniques to resolve basic manufacturing issues.

Report and document basic raw material, WIP jobs, maintenance and production related control issues to top management.

Participate in training carried out by top management regarding preventive maintenance of machines at the supervisor level.

Report the current status of production stock level to top management by enclosing the production performance log note.

Communicate about the production status physically or through communication note book to next shift in charge.
