Prepare, update and maintain finished good master samples and product specifications.

Inspect product during production to make sure the product is meeting the specifications and documentation is complete. Step in when Quality Control Inspectors are out and check production lines, verify weights of products, correct labels are being used and properly placed on bottles along with the receiving and releasing of components.

Review and train staff for GMP compliance and supervise the QA/QC staff’s daily activities.

Assure on time release of ingredients, components, finished goods and assure the calibration of lab and production equipment.

Establish, organize, update, administer, archive, track and oversee the maintenance of all electronic and hard-copy organizational structure for effective storage and retrieval of all documents and maintain master folder making sure pertinent information is available.

Work with Quality Director to investigate the non-conformances, customer complaints and out of specification of test results and issue necessary corrective action.

Maintain, finished goods, bulk and chemical retain samples along with change control documentation and logs.

Monitor the DI water system and test the quality of the water daily along with pH calibration and testing of finished goods and bulk samples.

Responsible for submitting stability samples for testing and maintaining stability reports of all finished good and preparing samples for micro and assay for pick-up on a daily basis along with retrieving and reviewing completed reports for errors.

Assist the Quality Director in equipment, process and cleaning validation, and updating & implementing quality documentation like SOP’s, Forms, Test Methods, etc.

Assist the Quality Director in preparing for annual drug product review by entering & verifying data input and conducting Internal Audits along with Mock Recalls.
