About My Self: I have been in the Telecom technology industry for 25 years starting with installation, followed by leading, supervising, managing, quality auditing and engineering all to maintain great customer service through network construction, maintenance and service installation. 2010 - Present Engineer Quality Manager for ACR Quality Comm Installation Inc.

As ACR’s Quality Manager, I check the quality of our jobs and detailed engineering on new installation jobs for all ATT, Legacy, Mobility and Internet Services. I complete an ATT TP76300 audit on the jobs installed and an ATT TP76400 audit on the job engineering specification packages, MOP’s, AOTS and drawings. When I started with ACR their quality and on time delivery was in the red and was ranked poorly nation wide for ATT on their performance chart. As of now ACR as a company is ranked number 1 to 5 on their performance chart. This was achieved by hard work, coaching, working one on one with the installers with there quality and having a great relationship with ATT staff. ACR has 6 detail engineers engineering specifications for jobs, I review and check the work before it is audited by the customer. I am currently up to date with all standards, specifications and courses.

1998 - 2009 Network Maintenance Engineer Quality Auditor

My responsibilities included checking quality and engineering on new

installation jobs by all suppliers for ATT in the South Central/West Texas area; including all power, switches, engines, generators, digital, transport equipment, OSP, job engineering, fire hole requirements, mobile technology and internet services. I graded the jobs and the vendors had to keep a certain grade point average to be able to work for ATT. I followed all of the ATT and FCC rules and regulations to date and reviewed new requirements for the TP76300 and 400 for review with the quality team. I worked with and provided technical expert advice on telecom related issues with vendors. I maintained a corporate business relationship with the contractors and often met with them to go over jobs in progress. I also inventoried and reconciled office equipment records for the South-Central/West Texas area; including switching and power/ transport equipment types. Reconciliation included accounting for the proper account codes, verifying correct frame identification, quantities, equipment descriptions, pull (TEO's) Telephone Equipment Orders from the database to ensure that the hardware was charged to the proper capital account and that the capital charge dollars were charged to the correct project number. Also, I was responsible for placing hardware in the Property Hardware Order Screen (PHOSN) database with the proper Continuing Property Records (CPR) number and dollars. Inventory and reconcile 314 Asset Review and assist ATT Engineers being audited to insure accurate office property records and input to Excel format. I have hands on experience with a broad range of technologies including wireless systems, fiber optics OSP and FOT, IP, Cisco hubs and routers, power equipment, cabling and just about any new and old equipment added to the ATT industry. I have taken many test, training courses and programs to keep up with new standards.

1996-1998 Detail Central Office Engineer

Phoenix Telecommunications, Inc. Austin, TX

I Engineered and maintained wireline and wireless networks. Performed site surveys for layout planning and ordering materials for each job. Engineered different types of equipment for bays, fiber trough systems, ladder racking and iron. I maintained office drawings, records and job statuses. Also, I engineered detail specifications, customer records and drawings for support of equipment being installed, and worked with installers and customers to meet deadlines.

1991-1996 Comm Tech Lead Installer
