Responsibilities:

●Managing teams of different departments, ensuring that all the clients receive prompt services

●Managing the electrical team for providing maintenance and dispatching small groups at various locations as per the requirements

●Creating detailed departmental reports and submitting them on a weekly basis

●Arranging bi-monthly inspection rounds for safety and audit purposes

●Conducting training of new employees for occupational hazards and safety measures to be taken

●Operating state-of-the-art machinery and tools for production purposes and providing training on the same

●Keeping a track of employee attendance and overtime for payroll purposes and submitting the same to the human resources team at the end of every month

●Understanding the written and verbal technical instructions from the clients or superiors and explaining them to the rest of the team
