Managing existing single family & Multi family portfolios
Sourcing, implementing and monitoring Asset Management Plans for all properties
Maintaining excellent relations with all stakeholders including funders/financiers, contractors and regulators
Liaising with and regularly present to Board and its Assets Committee, in collaboration with the higher management
Maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and contractual obligations per LHITC and HUD guidelines
