I am summarizing my experience and skills for your kind attention. This position provides a challenge wherein I could use my experience and credentials to provide full administrative and professional support to this department/team. I am commitment to making a substantial contribution to this position while enhancing my own career.

I have been with hotel residence business since 1996…. to December 2018 and other organizations as listed in my resume. I have demonstrated the ability to work within a team as well as independently. I am summarizing these skills below.

Communicating and coordinating in a clear and concise manner both verbally and in writing has been a key to my working habits. Completing and processing all reservations as well as walk-in of small to large groups (domestic and international) on a daily basis.

Multi-tasking has been the norm for me and has taught me how to organize/prioritize my workload and assigned projects and daily hotel activities.

I have extensive experience on the following systems which I have used at various hotel for example, MARRIOT FOSSE for reservations, PMS system GEACK system at Sheraton, OPERA and MICROS OPERA. HOLIDEX and ENCORE system for banking transactions of accounts and loans.

Processing, tracking and completing documents/forms/reservations in a timely manner, keeping in mind all pertinent rules and regulations and complying with procedural guidelines. Paying close attention to detail and observing confidentiality.

Screening and redirecting incoming/outgoing phone calls and mail appropriately. Attend team meetings faxing, Xeroxing, and Microsoft Word.

I am reliable, sincere and dedicated to my job as well as those around me. I take direction/instruction well and when in doubt I will ask. In addition, I would like to mention that I am fluent in the following languages, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi.
